The comic is illustrated with trees in which coins show the outcome of coin flips. The text is: "A simple layman's interpretation of many worlds theory is that the universe splits at every quantum decision. Parallel universes evolve that differ from this point. By the time, an exponential number of parallel universes will evolve. Now, these decisions need not be equally distributed. Hence, some branches are more likely than others. Most likely, we are on some random branch that tends to be close to the most likely branch. However, there is also the most unlikely branch. And we might actually be living in this branch. Which would mean that the natural laws we experience are a result of an extremely unlikely process and the most likely thing to happen all the time is that these laws just change from one moment to the other. And a Boltzmann brain will evolve and enslave us all."
